I asked for a cleaning kit. When I came home I noticed I was also charged for a clasp opener which I had not asked for. When I called tbe store they told me that the cleaning kit and the clasp opener come together. I paid $13.50 for the cleaning kit and was charged $9.00 for the clasp opener. I wasn’t told I had to pay for a clasp opener. I wasn’t even told they came together. That should’ve been disclosed when I asked for the jewelry cleaner. Also, if you’re going to charge for both make it one price and combine them. Don’t charge for the cleaner and then charge for the clasp opener

Because prices are not explained properly I feel cheated I bought earing I thought price is for pair till I pay it she didn’t tell me prices are for only one so I paid double

Very few items of interest displayed. Had to refer to the catalog to select charms which the store all had in stock

Bought a bracelet and charm which was on display for $100. I bought 3 of these bracelets. However the charge was rung up as 30% off $115. The display, the sales and manager said was wrong. No argument. The price was there for at least 2 days that I was aware of.

The bangle bracelets were not in stock or most of the charms I needed. I understand supply issues but it’s not good for business when there is no supply in the store. Should restock often.
