There was so much customers and few associates so we have to wait a little time, but that’s ok anyway, I’m satisfied with the store and customer service

Because the items I purchase was supposed to been sale items but came up to Basically the regular price

It was my first time shopping at Pandora. So I'm not sure how often I'll be shopping there.

Brought 2 bracelets for my granddaughters and 1 was to small. They was out of stock on the size needed. So the larger bracelets I gave to my Younger granddaughter. Exchange the small one for a larger 1 for the other granddaughter. Mind you I brought of the bracelets back in February as birthday gift ones birthday was 2/15/22 and the other was 5/13/22. They both loved their gift. Ages 13 and 9

It took sometime to see me. I felt that some of the associates could of attended to me. They did not have other customers. They did see me but did not Acknowledge me. One Once I did get attended to it was great.

Found everything I was looking for.

The reason I wouldn’t is that, I had purchased a nice ring from the company. I had insurance but I guess it ran out but a few stones fell out and I don’t recall if they can be replace.

They have a large selection of rings which I was looking for.. was happy with my purchase..

I feel pandora prices are too high for the quality
