I was very satisfied with the experience. There were items that were not available, due to the holiday rush. I did not like the “stop at the door and wait to be helped” approach to the shopping experience but I guess it was necessary to prevent theft.

Associate was not very welcoming. I did an exchange for a online purchase. She kept reminding me she's doing me a favor because it's past 30 days. It wasn't even exchange.

Sales girl was nice enough but she was obviously a new employee at the store so she did seem a little unsure of herself. Wasn’t as helpful with suggestions and almost forget to give me back my bracelet was was being cleaned. I had to remind her.

Nothing negative. To be highly satisfied I would expect something that would be out of this world. The store and associates are wonderful. I have been going for years and will continue to do so.

My customer experience was unsatisfactory. The Store Manager was discourtesy, abrupt, rude, unprofessional, and did not provide options for the free gift, and gave the Pandora brand a bad name.

Looking back, I wish I would have tried on a different sized ring. I didn’t know my ring size and didn’t get sized by the associate.

I made a purchase of a bracelet I liked and wanted a new one of the same style from the back but the only one available at the store was the one I tried on. I feel a little odd buying something that's supposed to be new and I paid full price for but it's not brand new.

I had no issues when I was in store. I was helped timely and in welcoming manner. Keep doing a good job.
