The woman helping me seemed as if she was tired of me. I made a very large purchase and she was getting annoyed of everything I was getting. All of the workers kept coming to see what I was purchasing

I felt like it was a rushed experience. I wasn’t asked any questions to engage me in a sale. I ended up asking questions. They probably could’ve gotten more money out of me if they engaged.

Store refuses returns bought less than a month claiming they are not new. Store gives a hard time to process pickup orders. Not welcoming or friendly at all and very frustrating to the customer experience.

I’ve been shopping at Pandora in Staten Island mall for a long time. I know this sounds petty, but I want to know why I’m being charged for a Pandora bag. What does a bag that you always gave, to show where you purchased a gift, have to do with a plastic ban. I paid 75. Dollars for a charm and you charge me for a bag. Shame on you. I
