There's always room For improvement

Gift receipt had a note that I was sending to my loved one, very tacky. The items that I bought as a gift card wasn’t packaged nicely at all.

I think there could be a greater selection in store. More cheerful atmosphere for the holidays. Loyalty customers should get a holiday gift regardless of amount spent. Even something simple like jewelry wipes or a candy cane.

I placed an item in hold and waited in line for an associate to help me. One woman came in and immediately 2-3 associates flocked her ( i guess they were friends or something). This seems unprofessional and rude, since now instead of having associates aid me and other customers, they were busy chatting with the woman behind me

I had a great experience at the Pandora store. The sales person was very helpful and show me the items that were on sale.

Friendly Sales Person

It was a simple purchase for me and I knew what I wanted. The sales associate knew where to locate the product and he brought it over to me. It was a simple transaction.

Didn’t give sanitizer for customers or offer too clean my ring I purchased somewhere else

I would like to able to choose the item and try in in person. I was only able to purchase and Curbside pick up.
