first, there is not many sals in the store. secondly I wait long time finally, sals find what I want is too long

I was looking for the police charm which you no longer carry. The sales person was very helpful

The product availability wasn’t there in most of the stores.. Had to go far for the selected item..So basically variety should be increased in all the stores..Rest everything was good..

There was no particular reason. I was just satisfied. The store was fine.

The store is being renovated and there was only a few cases in the middle of the mall. Just temporary kiosk.

I was very pleased with the service there

Because sometimes I don't have what I want in the store.

I waited at least 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to get assistance. I was told three times "someone will be with you shortly". Maybe the store needed more clerks, but there was at least 4 of them. It is not the holiday season (I visited April 6, 2019), so I feel I should have not waited that long. I almost walked out of the store.

I AM HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE.
