First I entered the store to a lovely scent, love that air freshener! Next, Diamond immediately greeted me and told me about sales. Finally I selected item and friendly efficient Diamond checked me out quickly.

I have visited this particular Pandora location on numerous occasions over the last few years. The quality and selection of merchandise is always great; however, it is the professionalism and friendliness of your associates that brings me back every time!! Carmen helped me again during this visit and I can not speak highly enough about her. Every time I enter the store she greets me by name and makes me feel quite welcome! She also advises me that I may have made a similar purchase last visit and then double checks for me. This "above and beyond" courtesy avoids duplicate gifts for my goddaughters and female friends. Carmen's professionalism and friendly demeanor are quite genuine and not simply a method of ensuring another sale!! Again, all the associates at this location are quite professional and courteous but whenever I go in I always hope Carmen is there!!
