I did request information on the size ring I’d purchased at Pandora a little over a year ago. That information was not in the system and this is the second time my past purchases were unable to be found which is odd to me because I know I provide plenty of information with each purchase and I’ve made at least four purchases at Pandora.

When I first entered the store, a gentleman had greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I already knew I wanted to purchase some rings but after I was directed over to the ring display, the SA didn’t bother to communicate if I wanted to see the rings or if I can wait until he was done assisting his customer. I understand he was with another customer but after greeting me, I was standing there for a couple of minutes and had to call for a SA to help me size some rings. I usually would expect that type of service when the store can be extremely busy but the store had 3 customers inside, and I would say there was about 5 SA on the floor. After asking for an assistance, it was smooth sailing afterwards and walked out satisfied with what I had purchased.

Came in to get my rose gold charms looked at because the color is chipping off , but was told this is wear and tear couldn’t do anything for me I have my charms for less than a year, don’t wear my bracelet every day only on occasions and there quite expensive for nothing to be done .

The sales person was not helpful or engaged. We where there for the first time with my daughter on her 13th Birthday. The sales person was slow moving. Finally another lady came over and helped. I wish she would have stayed with us. We are very happy with the items but the experience was not good.

The assistant provided was not too eager to help. It seems as if I had to ask all the commonly asked questions in order to get an understanding of the product. Such as the "clip" could stop sliding on the bracelet..etc. Overall I appreciate the promotion PANDORA has for Memorial Day. Thank You.
