Pandora Jewelry

I was looking to buy a few pieces for new Shine collection, unfortunately they were sold out and i was told there is no definitive date when they will be available. Store is the only place where you can actually see the size of the charms/pendants, the web site does not have descriptive measurements of the pieces.

They didn’t have what I wanted and some of the things she did show me were in a showcase that you couldn’t see anything other then the top self. I was looking for communion charms for the bracelet I was buying for my granddaughter. They only had a cross and angel and the heart I was looking for she said they didn’t make but it is on line

The lady who was assisting me seemed to have an attitude. When I wasn’t sure of what I wanted to buy she was a little nasty. Also, when I asked for the price of something she told me one price, but then when I went to pay, I was told a higher price.

The manager Carmen was very rude and had no patience for the new worker. Very impatient and rude.

The service of the sales staff was OK, but not very warm. I was shopping at night. At end when I asked to clean my ring which was I just bought it. I was told I could not clean because there was no water. That make me felt a little disappointed. However, in general, I am satisfied with this shopping experience.

I went into Pandora to purchase a specific item and unfortunately the store did not have them, I had to purchase another item.

Very well made charms and high quality material. I wish there was a reward program for customers and specials for special dates like customers’ birthday.

Too expensive not enough selection and my bracelet is black

The sales associate did not know the product or the prices. She also would not take the charms out at first for me to look at. She said that you had to get a credit for 5.00 even though it was before the date
