I felt rushed, I wasn’t able to hear sales person due to mask, therefore i had to continually say “I can’t hear you”. The sales person only provided items which I asked for, not giving me ideas of the merchandise. She was not meant to be in retail.

I was told there is no more curbside which is a big disadvantage. I was also told that to get the free bracelet promo I would need to get a Pandora charge because I bought some of stuff online for pickup in store and not at the store which is absurd

I wanted to get a ring and did not know my size. She did not even bother to measure me just gave me random rings until I just picked one. She was very annoyed that my friend and I even went inside the store, to begin with. I felt very judged by the size ring I ended up getting.

Didn’t have a lot of kids earring very dissatisfied Not a lot priority for kids earrings Disney characters cute little girly characters very disappointing

Very long wait for associate help. Would like to be available to view merchandise in cases without an associate. Very limited sales help.

There was not enough associate assistance available. I waited for well over 10 minutes before being acknowledged.

I bought three rings during the buy two get one free promotion before Christmas. I wanted to exchange all three rings for three different rings and said I was not allowed to, I would have had to pay for all three rings so I had to keep the original rings which my daughters didn't like.
