Staff were uninviting, inattentive and treated you like another number on a line (of 5 people total). The customer service rep made eye contact with me maybe once the entire time and seemed annoyed that I asked for a gift receipt.

Upon walking into the store, I must have been wandering around for a good 15 minutes before being approached by an associate. There weren't that many customers in the store, at least in comparison to the number of staff; I saw at least 5 of them just standing around talking to each other. And I've been to a number of Pandora locations; they usually approach you right away. This visit I happened to know exactly what I needed and wanted to get in and out quickly, so the experience this time was subpar.

Pedí un charms y no había el que pedí y me entregaron otro parecido, pero no me informaron nada solo lo cobraron y cuando pregunté me dijeron no tenemos ese y por eso le dimos éste

I love Pandora and frequent their stores and even purchase online occasionally but the sales associate was a little too tired quick and i felt very rushed. I felt like what i bought wasn’t something i really wanted. I got a gift receipt for the recipient of the gift

I came to the store for an even exchange. The ring was 4 1/2 I needed size 5. The merchandise was checked by more than 4 people, it was checked throughly as if I was returning a used merchandise. The ring was purchased 2wks prior to the exchange Why it was being checked is beyond my imagination, I think it was the color of my skin I am a minority. I found it to be unprofessional, things like that should had been done behind the scene not right across from the customer

I ordered a bracelet for my niece and for my girlfriend at Pandora half of the items that I wanted they were not there in store she didn’t give me an option to purchase them now and get them later and after I purchase for charms for one bangle and three charms for another bangle I receive my receipt and which sold an item I did not buy but I was charge for

Sales associate has no knowledge of stores stock , when explained the item only asks for picture instead of showing at least something similar i had to ask for spacers and necklaces even then she didnt show me variety of items only 6 spacers were shown and necklace i asked for never was shown to me

When walking into the store sales associate appeared to already look like she did not want to help my friend and I. As we continued to look around to buy charms . It appeared like the sales associate was getting impatient and frustrated that I felt she was rolling her eyes. When it came to paying our bill was over $300 ( which was not the issue) the issue was that the sale associate wasn’t clear on explaining the sale which was 3 charms and a bracelet for $199. Moral of the story was a manager had to come and help finish our purchase.
