My son picked up a phone order at the kiosk. He was handed a box. No bag, no tissue paper,and the bag was torn! It is a gift so I am very dissapoined.

Webt to the store for a quick purchase. Results? They didn’t have the Disney Aladdin’s Lamp charm so I decided to “special order it”. That way I would be supporting my local store. Wrong decision, they said it would take about 14 days to arrive. I needed it in 20 days, so I agreed to the time frame mentioned. On day 14 I called the store to check, nothing arrived. Day 21 I left the state for a job training for 2 weeks. Not a single call, email or voice message from the store. Came back to the store on week 5 (after ordering) and the charm was waiting for me. They said sorry it took too long to get here.... I will never buy from the store again. This is the same reason why I buy everything online (Amazon/Ebay). 3 weeks for a charm!? I can get it in 2 days if I buy it online. Completely dissatisfied.

The store was empty and I felt rushed by the associate, it was like I had a time limit and I purchased 2 items. If it wasn’t so important the person I was purchasing for, I would have left..

Sale items always not available. Sale associate doesn't even know natural stone has unique color and pattern it owns, I was looking at the pink stone charms(Love charms I think), it has the natural marble pattern underneath, I was telling her to show me couple more to compare but she said they're all the same. I told her they have different color and pattern, and show her when I grab couples of them. Then she was like oh you're right. Regular price items do not look worth the price. Website also have problem using promo code.

New customer to Pandora, left for at least 10mins in a empty store. Alexis came back to help me. After taking another customer who entered the store, after I complained. But she took them first. Ask another associate about a bracelet I wanted to see. She said it was mesh, but never took it out the showcase. I purchased my item, only because its for my granddaughter birthday. But, I will not return to this store again. Alexis did help me in the end, and she was good. But, it was kind of too little to late.

Because the items were purchased on line I could not receive the discount I had gotten in the first place and paid a lot more for my exchanged merchandise.

And the description online of the item was erroneous it makes no sense to sell singular earrings so when I picked up the item which took an unusual long amount of time for someone to pick up an online order 8 minutes to be exact before even receiving then item. Then come to find out it's a single earring not a pair of earrings which is really strange if anything Pandora should be selling the pair as well as the singular. I had used a promo code online to shop which couldn't be honored in the store because it's a separate purchase even though I explained to them I thought I was buying a pair of earrings. Nevertheless an online order shouldn't take 1015 minutes to pick up it should be as simple as me going to a counter showing my identification picking up the item and walking out of the store.

Part of my order was cancelled (free bracelet), part of my order is being delivered (unavailable for store pickup). Store manager had ALL my items in store. Told me to call and cancel my order. Was on hold for 45 mins. To be told by a rude rep. There’s nothing she can do. Went to store to be told the same had to repurchase my items (pay another $170) and in store rep. Added a $10 item on my bill I DID NOT ask for (clasp opener). This has been the worst experience with Pandora.
