I walked into Pandora, with one goal: Purchase a Birthday charm for a friend's upcoming Celebration. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by all the associates, even the Manager. Bianca assisted me, along with conversation, which is a pleasure... And there wasn't any rush.. She inquired about my friend's likes/interests... Quite satisfied with my purchase, I wished all a great evening & weekend.. as I strolled out with smile! Ohhhh, the charms are a HAPPY BIRTHDAY balloon and a Travel piece.

The most POLITE and customer service driven person ever. I will forever purchase from the Staten island store only. I have been to other stores, and I am not knocking them, however, the representatives in the S.I store made sure that we understood our purchases and explained in detail how we should care for our jewelry.
