I had to exchange a charm because my girlfriend had bought me one I already had. They were terrific in looking up the purchase so I could exchange it, showing the available Disney charms they had, and the manager Carmen was nice enough to clean my bracelet for me. I would definitely return there for the great customer service.

The rep Christopher K. was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make me happy and made very good and honest suggestions. And his supervisor helped out and cleaned my old bangle - was unexpected and very pleased.
