At the store in the Staten Island mall, Diamond helped me pick out a beautiful purple charm to go with my almost complete bracelet. I came in to get a new band and I was able to pick out one that was beautiful. Diamond was the best!

This was my 2nd visit within 5 months and both have been exceptional. There was a long line, which was tolerable as an associate greeted us and asked if we needed a book and any assistance before entering. Once in store, the service was seamless and the associate friendly and very helpful. An overall wonderful experience.

I bought a new charcoal bracelet with 5 charms & also 4 rings. I was helped by Carmen and Beste. They took the time to help me look through tons of charms and were so helpful with the payment process. They also ordered 2 charms for me to pick up, which was ready the next day. I was helped by Casey and Ava when I went to pick up. They helped me put them on and helped to fix all the charms so they looked pretty. This was an extremely pleasant and above satisfactory experience and I will be returning soon :)
