Ally who helped me with my purchase, was very kind and patient. I was looking for a specific necklace oh, and she was able to find it for me with the right pendant. I love this store in Staten Island, New York. I will recommend them always.

The nicest associates in the store, I seemed to have ordered the wrong size online and everyone in the store helped out and trying to figure of what size a 12 year old we need since the MOM does not know how to measure a childs wrist - the wrapping of my product was amazing down to the box very happy workers they were

This was my first time in the store at the SI Mall. The store was perfect and there was plenty of staff available. I was lucky enough to get Adrianna J. Not only did she show me the exact ring by just showing her my phone, she helped me add to it to make it more special for my daughter. What a pleasure it was! I brought in a necklace & bracelets for cleaning, was very satisfied with the cleaning. One bracelet was very dirty & they cleaned it twice. I also bought the gingerbread charm with candy cane for a friend. Very good service.
