Had a wonderful experience at the Staten Island mall Pandora. They were instantly available and friendly. I was happy with my exchange. The last time I was in I left because everyone was sour faced and unapproachable. Kayla was wonderful!

The sales associate/manager CARMEN is extraordinarily friendly, and professional and takes an interest in my search for merchandise. She instantly recognizes me when I enter the store. She makes me feel, and I'm sure makes others feel like we've known each other for many years. Although the other associates are friendly I always look forward to Carmen's presence when I go shopping at Pandora and hope it's not her day off!!
