Sales associate was very welcoming, helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to locate it right away.

The sales associate gave me so many options to choose from. She seemed knowledgeable and very sweet. She was quick and the whole process was easy to pick out something I liked.

Store was very clean. Barriers were in place to aid with social distancing. Marie Q was very polite, personable, and professional.

All the jewels are beautiful, I really liked the attention of the saleswoman, I don't speak much English and she had the patience to understand each other in some moments we had to use the translator on my cell phone but that was not an impediment for her to advise me very well

I was High Satisfied because it was a quick and easy experience! I knew what I wanted (somewhat) but, the sales associate there had helped steer me to the right decision! I couldn’t be happier with the choice! She was super kind and willing to help my friend and I wish the best choices! I wasn’t too happy with some variations of the jewelry pieces itself. I have had Rose gold in the past and it easily chips here, so I’m trying to be extra careful not to wear it too much as I’m afraid it will chip again

the store was kept to a limited capacity. the stations was cleaned after every customer. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The store manager Kimberly has helped me in the past and is very efficient at her job. Kimberly has made me feel very comfortable and has gotten to know my favorite style jewlery.
