Associate very friendly knowledgeable and quickly helped

All of my charms were found swiftly. Employees were very kind and welcoming. Did not waste my time. Very quick and charms were beautiful. They even offered to fix my bracelet and add the charms.

I made a purchase and stock was low on something I wanted. Salesperson suggested Incall in a few days and inquire about possible returns. I did salesperson was very nice. They had a return and would hold for me. I went in and purchased.

I had A broken bracelet and they were able to replace it. They not only replaced it but also cleaned my charms as well. Although I came after the Holidays and most of the charms were sold out the associate Chris was still able to help me pick out a meaningful charm.
