I've made several purchases at this particular Pandora store over the years for birthdays and Christmas gifts for my goddaughters and female friends. They LOVE the charms and bracelets! However, the sales associate/manager is PHENOMENAL!! KIMBERLY not only recognized me as soon as I walked into the store but she remembered my first and last name, my address, and the profession I was formerly in! She was friendly, personable, and quite knowledgeable about the merchandise and I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase. I can't speak highly enough about Kimberly and wouldn't be surprised if I read in the papers that she was either the CEO or COO of Pandora or another institution, particularly one that must have excellent customer relations!!

Although its a little Uneasy to go shopping at a time of COVID I appreciate how quickly and attentive the staff was. Zero wait time, once I arrived an associate took me quickly, Maria was kind and well knowledgeable of the items In the store. Only downside was they didn’t have the earring to the chain I purchased. other then that I was satisfied and felt safe.

I am a very dedicated Pandora shopper and I was looking to add a necklace to my collection. At first I wasn’t so exited about the selection offered but later we went to the sales section and Christopher showed my a necklace I fell in love with he was so friendly and energetic while helping me and he was just as fun when helping my friend buy a ring he made other sales pitches to us with out being to pushy or anything and made it feel like we have been friends for ever the one on one attention he gave us is unmatched by any other Pandora associates Iv yet to meet.

Purchased 2 pink murano charms to add to my charm necklace that also holds my granddaughter's photo charm. The saleslady helped me choose the charms that looked the best with my photo charm. I love how the Pandora charms highlight my photo charm.
