Kimberly is such a great person. She is very helpful and seems to know more about the charms than even in the catalog. She went out of her way to find what I was looking for, both in the store and on line.

We were the first customers at the reopening of the SI mall store and were greeted with cheers and applause from all the associates. So special and nice. All associates very friendly and happy to be back at work. All proper procedures were taken and an overall very pleasant experience.

I am highly satisfied with my pandora experience because they never disappoint. Sales associates I come in contact with are very nice and i was glad to know that even after several months of not visiting they remembered who I was. It made me so happy!
