The sales associate was very helpful. She helped me pick out a bracelet size that would better fit me. She also informed me on ways to keep my new pandora bracelet looking it’s best and told me about the cleaning service the store offers.

I visited the Staten Island, NY Pandora store today to purchase a graduation charm and the palm tree charm...both were immediately located by the store associate and she had then wrapped and bagged and my credit card payment processed within 10 minutes of my entering the store. Got there early so there were no other people in the store. What made me go in and buy was the free bracelet promotion for Memorial Day weekend with an additional $100 purchase. I returned the next day to purchase another one but they were out of stock and the store was very crowded. I was happy that I went the prior day early enough to get the deal. I purchased it for my son's girlfriend for a medical school graduation present. I wish they had a charm specific for medical students.
