That location is one of my favorite because every I went in there the sales associates are very nice. There is not one time that I went in and did not find what I was looking for. The prices of the merchandise are fair and the help that you get from the sales associates, putting things together or creating something for a special person, in unbelievably good.

The sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a gift for my best friend and the sales associate tried on the bracelet and let me know which size would be better and my friend loved the bracelet and it fit her perfect. Highly recommend going back for mother's day gifts.

The salesperson, Donna, who I noticed is also the District Manager, was one of the most friendly and pleasant people I have ever dealt with in retail. I don’t know what it was about her but she was very positive and helpful without being overbearing and just had a really good and welcoming energy about her. I wish I could deal with her all the time. I left the store in a really good mood even though. Even though I couldn’t buy anything for myself personally, and only bought a gift for my sister, I was able to get my pandora bracelet and charms cleaned and they look like they’re brand new! I’m super happy with Pandora and their service, as always. I just think Donna went above and beyond expectations.
