When I entered the store I was greeted by Grace who was welcoming and friendly. She was able to help me find what I was looking for. The store was clean & the other sales associates where available to other customers

When I first walked in everyone was available to answer anyway questions. Store very spacious and clean. The associates we're very nice & helpful.

Pandora offered me multiple options for my charm bracelet. The people were very helpful and friendly. They didn't't pressure me to make a purchase they understood what I came in for and offered the help I needed.
