The door associate was very accommodating. The wait was minimal, and this was the day before Vday lol!! Even tho the item I wanted wasn't available anymore, the rep, Georgia(?), helped me find a wonderful replacement piece!

I love the rose gold collection was just a little sad a lot of the charms I wanted were sold out! Everything else was GREAT!!

Sales associate was very friendly and very helpful. We told her what we need to spend for a gift for a friend and she showed us different options of bracelets and the charms that we might be interested in.
