Excellent customer service experience. Sales associate was very attentive to my needs.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. It was very busy but the waiting period wasn't long. The location & store was clean and welcoming.

I was greeted at the door by an associate who had helped me previously, John. Then he steered me to another associate who would help me with my selections. She did very capably and I purchased 6 charms, most of which are gifts. It wasn't that crowded but I think the store's layout could be a little better, for circulation purses -- ie when there are a few customers in the aisle, it is harder to pass them if you want to go to another counter. Everyone was friendly and I was able to make my purchase in a few minutes. I will definitely be back as always!

The concept of one on one attention from the sales associate to a customer was impressive. Felt like i had a personal shopper.

I have visited this pandora many times before. I usually come to the Staten Island mall for Christmas shopping since I live in sheepshead bay. I have always enjoyed walking into the store and knowing I’ll receive excellent customer service and assistance with picking out the perfect present (or a little something for myself). The workers are always so genially helpful and super polite and patient. I will always come back to this Pandora.

This was the perfect gift for my friend. I already had exactly what i wanted in my shopping cart online made it alot easier on the sales manager. The sales manager was very helpful assisted me in getting everything for a better price. I will be back for more.
