I went to a Jared's location and was VERY disappointed in the service I received there. Thankfully, we found a stand-alone Pandora location and I was thrilled with the service I received there. They told me things that the salesperson at Jared did not tell me. I wasn't swayed with opinions to buy a more expensive bracelet like I was at Jared's. Sandra walked me through my options, listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, and in the end, she helped me create the EXACT bracelet I wanted. Not only was Sandra amazing, but all of the other ladies there were so pleasant and friendly to talk to. My husband and I will definitely be returning to this store in the future, and I can safely say we both are very excited for that day.

The sale associate was very kind and polite. She was quick to locate any ring we wanted to see. I had been wanting a certain set for a long time and finally seeing it and trying it on was nice.

Asked for a specific theme and associate was able to guide me through the newest arrivals.
