Very friendly and curtious staff. Sandra made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond my first experience at the store nice. I would highly recommend this location.

I wanted to give a specific charm as a gift. It was unavailable online. I intended to be in the area of this store in a week so I called but found out they did not have what I was looking for in stock. About an hour later the store associate called me back to let me know that the item came in on that days deliveries. I live 4 hours away so when I was in the area the next week I called to see if they still had the charm in stock. The manager Amy checked on the item, saved it for me and I picked it up about an hour later. I was very pleased that the first associate took the initiative to call me back. Kudos!! When I called the store and then went to the store Amy was very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a very good experience.

Since you enter you can feel welcomed. All the girls are super nice specially Mrs. Rosa. This is my 2nd time in this store and I love the ambient.

I always get wonderful service no matter what location I go into. It would be amazing if a discount was given daily to our Veteran's.

Employees are great

I found the associates to be both kind and knowledgable. Rosa was particularly sweet. They spent a good bit of time showing selecting the right charms for the occassion and allowed me to experiment with the bracelets until I found both the right charms and bracelets.

It was amazing my boyfriend got me the most beautiful promise ring and the employees were ever so kind and sweet it was the best experience ever !
