The person who assisted me was amazing! She was kind, patient and extremely helpful. I had a budget in mind and she helped me figure out which pieces I can get to stay in my budget even though this meant ringing up and removing certain items until we got to the price I was able to pay.

I was visiting Austin for a conference and I always like to buy a bead for the town I visit. this store had an Austin bead in stock and I actually purchased another bead on my visit as well.

The associate was very friendly. She was helpful and let me try on as many rings as I wanted. She also gave me her opinion & helped me make a decision.

The other associates is horrible. I wish in the future Pandora open at North Austin like at Domain Mall or Lakeline Mall closed to my house
