Very helpful and friendly

The woman who helped us was incredibly kind and helpful. We only went in to ask questions, and not only did she answer all of them, but also showed us all she had to offer and helped me pick everything out. We left and then immediately came back to purchase a few of the items we had just looked at. Very satisfied.

I have been a customer at the Barton Creek location for many years and have always been made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. Sabreen is very knowledgeable and welcoming.

The service was great, however, the store is on the corner at the mall and not as easy to move around when there were more than a few customers. I had purchased several items and was returning to get my bracelet from being cleaned. I was required to stand out of the way so that other customers could look at the merchandise.

My salesperson Clarissa was the best. She was very patient, provided undivided attention on a very busy day at her store and was as excited as I was when we finally had the right combination for my new bracelet. It makes me feel powerful everyday and I love it!

The sales lady (Clarissa) was superb to say the least. She was patient (one would say "as it should be, right ? NO , YOU ARE WRONG...rare you can find such a person)and enjoying the process to help me as much as if she was doing to herself or family. I was positively surprised considering all comments I had read about this store. Well, I feel, based on time spent there ,she was the exception. Not sure if I would be as glad if wasn't Clarissa. She listened to me and went beyond trying to help me. If I was part of the this organization I would go out of my way to keep her or even make her the store manager so you would multiply and enforce her work ethics and behavior to others .

This was my first time purchasing jewelry from this store. I absolutely loved the selection of charms and how I can customize it to exactly what I want. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be returning to purchase me charms soon.
