I waited for at least 10 minutes before someone could assist me... and not the most Friendly or caring employee, she was knowledgeable about your products but did not made us feel welcome.

The girls working there, they don’t have enough patience and they are always moody like if they don’t want to work. Helpful, nice, and bilingual people should be hire since all kinds of people walk in to the store and needs assistance in spanish too.

It was busy and customers were lined up to get access and then allowed into the store. Once in the store we had to wait for service until our name was called - ridiculous! You should have arranged for more staff and, if shoplifting is an issue, put your merchandise under lock and key.

Most of the items that I wanted were available.

The store only had one section where beads were showing. The rest of the counters had other items. There was customers looking at the only section where you could see beads. I had to ask the associate to pull out the trays so I could “see” the beads in person. She did so and was very nice, but there should be more sections where beads are shown.

I wasn’t given proper packaging when I made my purchase and forgot to ask when I left with my items. I was very happy to try on the rings and didn’t think about how to store them later. The associate helping me during time of purchase was otherwise wonderful and it was a pleasure. I went back to the store later that day to ask for boxes and the same associate from earlier was no longer there. I asked a different associate for boxes for the purchase I made earlier this day and she didn’t seem very willing. I explained I wanted 2 boxes to store the 2 rings when not wearing them and she only offered 1 box. I didn’t want to spend more time trying to get a box so I took the 1 and left.
