The only reason as to why I was not satisfied with this Pandora was because the availability of items was very limited. The staff was nice and the store was very clean. The main point of this pandora store is the merchandise though not the actual store appearance.

Need more selection in your gold bangles.

technology for paying was not working. knowledge of sales person not as good, though she may have been new. no real issue and she was very friendly

On April 22, 2018 I ordered two rings because the store does not carry larger sizes. I was told that the rings should be available in the store within 2 weeks. Two weeks came and went I never heard from the store. I called the store and they said they couldn't find the order that they were going to do more looking and call me back. I never heard from the store so a few days later went into the store, after several minutes they came back and told me that something happened at the factory and they should be in within 7-10 days. I called the store after 2 weeks and they said they couldn't find it and would call me back, Several days past so I once again went into the store and was told that my rings did come in and had been put out on the floor for any customer to purchase. I happened to be that store's best customer and was extremely disappointed that it took so long to resolve and all actions were initiated by me instead of the store.

Feel like they should have a section with retired items in the store instead of always going to the outlet store.
