People who came in after me were greeted first and served first. I was waiting there for 10 or more minutes just to be recognized by an associate. When I finally was the associate was really nice and made my experience a little better.

My experience at the store was in two parts: when I purchased three items and then later when I returned to pick up the bracelet I left for cleaning. I was greeted and promptly assisted when I came in the first time. When I returned 30 minutes later I was promptly greeted (different staff) and when I told them why I was there, they said "okay" and then went right back to their conversation among themselves. No one made a move to go get my bracelet. Another saleswoman entered the floor and asked if i was being helped. The first girl said to her "she's just here to pick up her bracelet." But again, no one made any move to do that. It wasn't until I started absentmindedly drumming my fingers on the display case several minutes later than anyone made a move.

I need to go back to the store my bracelet and box didn't come in my bag only tissue paper and a card.

When a customer is looking to buy a product that you are selling there is no need to rush the customer to complete the transaction. I was willing to spend more money in your establishment but felt rushed to complete my transaction.

Sales associate appeared to be annoyed I asked for assistance. The store was not busy and she was not helping anyone else. Any question I asked her facial expression demonstrated being annoyed.

Could never get a answer in the phone so had to drive a far distance to find information out at the store. Store was small and very crowded. Jewelry is extremely expensive and sales on bracelets amounted to nothing. Since all were out of stock and would not be replaced. Just bought a bracelet and intend on finding charms elsewhere
