The store unfortunately ran out of the limited edition bangle that was in correspondence to the Memorial Day Weekend promotion. The salesperson attempted the consolation of two other bangles (from the Valentine's collection), but were unfortunately too small for my wrist. The traditional bangle was then the only option left (which almost lead me to not purchase anything), until another salesperson found a bangle my size, and much cuter and worthy option than just the traditional bangle. Problem solved.

The employees wasn’t very friendly. When she saw a customer she was friends with, she was quick to change her attitude from being negative to positive towards them. I don’t know if it’s because she didn’t want to help us or she didn’t think we were gonna buy from her. Either way, we bought something and to be treated the way she treated us in unexpectable. Never have we been to a pandora store where we felt the employee felt we were more of a bother than a customer.

The SA wanted to record the purchase via the database - except she couldn’t find me or my husband though we have both bought at the local store. Instead of moving on with the purchase, she took a very long time to “find” us in the database.

The sales person was not very knowledgeable about the merchandise or helpful. Her lack of confidence showed and it made for a not very pleasant experience buying what we came in for.

The employees never offered help, I had to reach out even though I was clearly waiting for a greeting or something. It seemed as though they were doing me a favor by shopping there. This was on Pandora Barton Creek. They were rude, period.

The sales associate Madeline was not polite, when it was our turn she just looked at us and didn’t say anything until we said what we needed. She didn’t talk to us during the transaction, just told us how much to pay. Handed us the bag and said bye. A few days before I was in there to get a ring cleaned and she was the same way, didn’t acknowledge me and didn’t speak to me.

Unfriendly service . I felt she could care less. Provided robot answers to my questions. When I got home discovered clasp on bracelet would not work. Poor selection of charms in store. Have to drive back today to either exchange or just return the bracelet & 2 charms. After experience I probably will just return. So disappointed.

When my partner and I walked in, there was 5 sales associates all congregated at the top of the counter, they all looked at us but didn’t acknowledge us. We were looking at all the rings through the glass cabinet before someone said “do y’all need help?” And when we said yes one woman half assedly walked over to us and looked so unsatifised with helping us, considering my partner spent $150, this is was so unsatisifying and I’d never recommend it to anyone

The sales associate is kind of not friendly. She does not look like she is into her job. She is not happy with her job I think. She did not give me some advice or other options (other styles, designs). I was intended to buy more than one but nobody showed me what you guys have. I feel satisfied with the charm that I purchased but not the customer service. It is better to go shopping online instead.
