I did not like how the sells associate had to look up each item in a book to find the price

Associates acted like they didnt want to help. Only reason the manager (I'm assuming) came to help was because she heard me say something about it. Even then she acted disinterested until she realized I was making a purchase.

I walked into the store and was immediately assisted. However, the sales associate was not at all customer friendly. She did not greet me other than offer to assist finding something. She did not introduce herself and was very dry throughout our transaction. I was asking questions regarding the merchandise I wanted to buy and she seemed annoyed that she had to answer any questions. I made a purchase and didn’t get a thank you or offer to come back and visit the store again. I personally don’t think I will visit this location again.

The sales person was extremely unfriendly and didn’t want to to help me for what i was looking for. I wanted to see multiple charms and she was not happy to show me them like I was wasting her time.

When I went into the store they rudley barked at me to "sign in" although associtaes we're available. When they called my name I spoke with a lady about cleaning my bracelets which they said they could not do because of a promotion. I asked for a plain bangle and it was a simple purchase. When I went to pay it said that my payment didn't go through. I replied with " sorry it did this at another store would you try again". Rosa then proceeded to tell me that if the card malfunctioned it would tell her. She tried again and to her suprised it went through. I felt uncomfortable as if the associate was assuming my card had declined. Then when I got home I realized she gave me a bangle that said "kiss me" rather than plain. Meaning I have to go return it and go in all over again. Currently I am on hold with the store and it has been over 15 minutes. Highly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism.
