After visiting the Premium Outlet Mall branch where I had the worst experience, I’m happy to say that my opinion of the Pandora brand has been restored. Staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and were very helpful in showing options and recommendations

The service was very quick and efficient. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a friendly employee. They were easy to talk to and made the experience enjoyable.

I was very excited to see Disney merchandise. I was originally headed to James Avery until I saw Pandoras Disney selection. Also I love the ring selection! Beautiful rings for affordable prices.

Going into Pandora on Black Friday was a little exhausting being in line, however the pace of the line was good and the overall organization was okay. The line was only extremely long due to large amounts of customers with extra people in the party needed extra attention of the salesperson
