The store manager Gabbie was so helpful with suggestions and helping design my bracelet I have already made plans to return to the store in the very near future for more purchases. The other associates present were very friendly and helpful as well, I had a great experience.

I visited this Pandora to shop for a wedding charm for my daughter's bracelet. I had an idea what I wanted, but the sales representative steered me in a slightly different direction showing me a different charm and how the engraving would look. She let me play with the tablet to see different fonts and letter sizes. Upon her recommendation I selected the charm she showed me and I left very satisfied.

We were shopping for my Granddaughter’s Birthday. She was very satisfied! When she’s satisfied I’m satisfied. I also liked the fact that they treated her with respect and kindness.

Highly satisfied because the sales associate was very polite and knowledgeable. Told me things that the ones at other stores should have told me. For instance, the cha rm I previously brought and lost on the same day DID NOT belong on my type bracelet. Was angry about that because the charms aren't cheep. She was so good she had me buying more than what I came in for. AMANDA WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
