I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the amazing woman, Tori, who helped me was so thoughtful and thorough with showing me and my boyfriend all the products that fit our budget and style! And she was so so so patient with me not being about to decide what I wanted and made really good recommendations. She is truly #1 and we will definitely be coming back!

Ladies who were at the counter were less than friendly. Seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Thankfully I knew what I was looking for. This is not the first time I've experienced issues with these three employees. Last time I came in to purchase two charms. I had asked the manager before if two $10 off receipt surveys could be used at once and she told me it was. This time when I tried to use two at once they gave attitude. Ultimately both coupons were accepted. The only time these girls act polite and eager to help is if the manager is on the sales floor or within range to hear all the goings on. I'm almost tempted to order my items online and pay the shipping fee just ignore these snobs. Shouldn't have to do that with the way price inflation with the economy is. Not a very welcoming group of female employees working at this location.

Gabby was really great. She took the time to look at my style and make great suggestions. She was personable And relatable. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely stop by that store for my next purchase.

I live in Toledo, Ohio I have a local pandora but, I rather drive 1hr away to shop at the pandora in Briarwood mall. Girls at this location are super friendly & real helpful. I felt like family while at the store. Amanda, Gabbie, Alin & Tori. Made me feel welcomed & we’re all super friendly & helpful! Nothing compared to my local pandora where they won’t even greet you & are really rude & unprofessional. That’s why I don’t mind driving 1hr away to shop at the BEST Pandora store! All 4 girls mention above should get some kind of recognition for all of their hard work & dedication to pandora & making customers feel welcomed to shop there!
