Amanda was awesome! She was extremely patient, she helped me pick out the perfect memorial bracelets for my family.

The sales associate was exceptional and very kind. She was wearing one of your necklaces so well I booth the whole set she had on!

I love going to the store to pick out my charms. Gabrielle gave wonderful service as always. I got to see Amanda and she my favorite person to talk to when I come in every other week.

My sales associate was VERY nice, helpful and knowledgeable! I really appreciated my experience with her. I was a rather put off initially as there was one sales associate on the floor working with another customer when I entered; I found it quite rude that she did not acknowledge me at all not when I walked in or browsed through the store even passing right in front of her. I thought that was quite rude and I was getting ready to leave when Gabrielle who was working in the back saw me and came out and greeted me and began helping me. Working with Gabrielle was a great sales experience from start to finish and I'm glad I was able to make a guided purchase with her. I am quite satisfied with my purchase and I don't think I would've made the selection without Gabrielle's help.

Great service with a great attitude

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The sales girl asked if we needed help, and if we were looking for something specific. We just were looking and she told us when we were ready to let her know. She did not hover over us but let us browse and when we were ready she was very attentive to our needs.

My Daughter gifted me a bracelet a few years ago and I didn’t wear it because I didn’t have very many charms so I left it in the original box but when I took it out to finally start wearing it the bracelet was close to the color black! I was in shock! We brought it in to the briarwood mall in Ann Arbor and I believe her name was Isa.. I hope that’s right but she was fantastic! She was able to clean it for me and explained to us why it had done that and what I should do to prevent that in the future, we purchased a safety chain a couple clips and a charm, I was so happy with my purchase that when I got home later I got on the pandora website and just made another purchase.. I’m on my way to filling up my bracelet! Thank you Pandora and Isa

Amanda has great customer services. I loved all the new charm’s. I like there in the mall.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable, and had great ideas about the style of the bracelet I was going for. She was willing to switch out different beads for different looks not matter how many times I changed my mind.

The store associate was quick and also offered to clean my previous pandora jewelry while there.
