I was immediately helped by 2 associates. They were able to help me find a charm I had been wanting. After listening to my collection of charms, they were able to make a suggestion for a charm to purchase.

Very friendly staff. They spent alot of time helping me make a decision. Offered a lot suggestions. I did not feel rushed or pressed to make a purchase although I did. Great service.
