Tori at the Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor provided exceptional customer service. She was a little quiet at first but quickly moved into an exuberant and helpful mode. She explained the engraving process in detail and invited me back to work on bracelets and charms I already have. She was quite wonderful to work with.
