Instead she jumped in, offered options and I left in love, wearing my new bracelet. She also helped me find the perfect bead for my friend - she offered so many suggestions. All while carrying on an appropriate conversation. She is a GEM! One of the finest shopping experiences I've had this holiday season - and I shop alot.
