When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by an associate. She the said someone would be right with me as soon someone becomes available. When I did get help, the associate was very friendly and helpful

I was highly satisfied with my shopping trip to Pandora in the Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor Michigan because of the helpful staff. Alin was very helpful and not pushy. She listened to what I wanted (a gift for my mother-in-law) and had helpful suggestions. Another sales assistant also helped by showing us her necklace.

They were extremely helpful and so nice! She took the time with me until I found exactly what I wanted.

Tori W. Was an amazing person to work with when I was at the store. She made my day and helped me so much with pandora products. I really enjoyed being there and buying more pandora with her. I look for her now, because of the wonderful knowledge she has and how friendly she was and my experience was so much fun. I didn’t want to leave the store, lol. That was how much fun I had with Tori. You guys need more people like her to work for you guys. I spoke with her manager as well and she is so happy with the wonderful experience.
