Amanda was such a delight, she was helpful and was very apparent that she loves what she does. Her customer service was outstanding!

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to have them clean up my late grandmothers bracelet, we were afraid she ruined it because she used a cleaner on it and it turned black. But the store manager spent a lot of time cleaning it and made it look beautiful again! We also purchased new bracelets and charms and were very happy with the staffs assistance and wide variety of charms to choose from. Will gladly come back to this location over and over again!

Tori was absolutely wonderful and really knew the merchandise. She went above and beyond to find something in my price range that would be the perfect gift for my friend. She is smart and personable….a winning combo. Amanda was great as well as the other associate! All 3 of them were great and we had some good laughs as well. A winning team!!!

My sales person Torey ( not sure if right spelling ) was awesome. I tried to placed a order on line was not happy I couldn’t use my Pandora card so I called the store and she said come in and she’d help me so in I went . I brought all my Pandora bracelets and she helped me move some charms on to new bracelets cause I wasn’t wearing them cause of the weigh. Also Gabbie the store manager was also great. So nice to go to a store that people care about you and make you feel special. There customer service is over and above. Most places don’t care about. Customer service is gone in most places .

The young lady there was very helpful she cleaned my necklace and my bracelet and all of my charms and rearrange them back on the bracelet which was very helpful to me and then I ended up buying a charm at the end and she rearranged it again to put the new charm on it for me.
