My first experience at Pandora was amazing, the employees are very kind and treated me with the up most respect and I will definitely be returning very soon, also I absolutely love my bracelet.

I've been wanting a Pandora bracelet for some time now so my husband said he would buy me one for my birthday. Our visit was top notch. The sales associate (manager) was very helpful in our purchase. From sizing, to showing us the selections, and explaining the warranty...I couldn't be more happier. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!

The service that I received by the salesperson who was courteous and highly knowledgeable about the Pandora products was a big plus in my purchasing. I was satisfied with the selections available. I was highly satisfied with the pleasant and patience attitude of the salesperson who didn't rush me.

I was assisted by Faiza at the Briarwood Ann Arbor location and she was wonderful. I wasn’t really into this at first but after speaking with her I ended up spending over $500.00 I. Total and because of Faiza I will be returning

Service and quality

The ladies at the store were efficient and had very positive attitudes even though, when i was there ( Valentine's Day weekend), it was quite a line. And they didn't rush me to shop even though they were busy. This was my first time in Pandora and my hunny started a bracelet for me. The package deal was a great price especially for a starter. I love my bracelet and my 1st experience makes so much better. I can't wait to add to my bracelet and i know just where to go! Thank you ladies of Briarwood Mall!
