The sales associate ushered me into the store very quickly. She was able to clean my bracelet and charms for me before helping me choose new ones. I was able to just tell her an idea of what I wanted and she presented excellent options that I really liked.

The sales Associate Asha greeted me and took care of my request quickly. It was a surprise anniversary gift for my wife and Asha helped make that happen.

The product I was looking for was out of stock online and also said Briarwood did not have it. The employees searched the store and found both the charm and bracelet I was looking for
