Yesterday was my first visit...at Pandora, Briarwood Mall. The staff was very professional and friendly!

I was greeted by an associate that offered assistance while waiting in line to go into the store and lead to an associate that assisted me in choosing two gifts. They gave me a new catalogue and placed the pieces I choose into charming gift bags. The associates were friendly and made me feel special. They were very efficient and helpful. Thank you Pandora.

The customer service was amazing. I was able to find everything I needed. Fast service.

They worked as a team to get people thru efficiently and safely. The woman expediting asked while you were in line what you were looking for. She knew if it was in stock & told you what to tell the store clerk who would be checking you out. The clerk was very friendly & chatted with my while my items were being boxed. Don't plan on buying anything from Pandora any time soon. If I were I'd definitely go back to the Briarwood mall store!
