As I waited in line to enter the store, Becca the sales associate was passing out catalogs for people to look at. I told her I knew exactly what I wanted. I showed Becca a photo of the charm on my phone. She retrieved the charm, and checked me out right there in line. And it was a touchless check out. She was efficient and very friendly.

Sales associates were excellent and organized. They had a clear plan for organizing the customers, and they did so efficiently, keeping appropriate social distancing both outside and inside the store. The sales associated who worked with the like outside the store did an excellent job preparing customers to enter the store, so they could shop efficiently and quickly.

The sales associates and store manager were very friendly and energetic. Tori, the sales associate was pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to work with!

Even though I waited outside because of Covid I was treated very warmly and my sales associate was very personal. She makes me want to visit the store again.

I called prior to my visit to verify the item I wanted was available I was literally in and out of Briarwood Mall in 10 minutes I was greeted at the door she turned around grab the ring turn back around rang me up bagged it up and I was gone. AMAZING
