I truly wish I could rate my visit more highly. I believe the name of the lovely sales lead who worked with me was Faizia, but it has been a few days now so I am not sure if I’m remembering the spelling properly. Regardless, she was incredibly informative and taught me so much about my bracelet. She taught me about how charms can become stripped, and showed me how to protect my charms from damage in the future. I have been a pandora owner for years, but I have received charms as gifts primarily, and this is the first time someone has taken the time to teach me the ins and outs of owning a bracelet. Plus, she cleaned my bracelet for me and put my charms on it to keep the bracelet balanced! I was frankly amazed at the quality of service offered and I hope to continue making purchases from her whenever I am expanding my bracelet.

The service assistant was very knowledgeable about the products I bought. The store was clean and kept everyone at a appropriate distance. Mostly, I was pleased by the design of the rings I purchased.
