The Customer Rep. was very helpful I told her want I was looking for a special occasion for my daughter new apartment and she should me two perfect charms that would fit the occasion. I was very pleased also she was very Personable.

The young lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I came in for a cleaning for my bracelet. She informed me that sometimes perfumes and lotions can cause the charms fo get dirty.
